Production and shipping

  • We produce your object
  • We take care of the finishing touches (sanding, varnishing, assembly…)
  • A final quality check is carried out
  • We’ll ship your item(s) or you can pick them up at the workshop (free coffee!).
No minimum possible from 1 piece. Discounts if you buy several identical identical copies.

FAQ

I don't have a printer, just an STL file or a link to a file: is that OK?

Yes, that’s exactly what the service is about: we print for you.

I don't have a 3D file, can you help me?

Yes, small CAD and adaptation possible (quote according to complexity).

Which material to choose?

→ The PLA suitable for most decorative/daily uses. For the rest of the materials, if you don’t know which one to specify, we’ll suggest it ourselves on the quotation, depending on the constraints/objectives of your object.

Usual deadlines?

12h after validation of payment (Monday – Friday 9am – 7pm), for items requiring design an indicative date will be provided on the quotation.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, workshop pick-up on request, otherwise recorded delivery.

Confidentiality of my files?

Your files are never distributed. They are only used to produce your order.

What if it's damaged on arrival?

On reprint/replace after photo-proofing.
