These general terms and conditions govern the sale of 3D-printed items available on the printwonders.shop website. These terms apply as soon as an order is placed by the customer and define the obligations of the parties.

2. Products and Prices

The products sold on printwonders.shop are 3D-printed items, customized or standard, as described on each product page. The prices displayed are in euros or in Dollars depending on geography and are exempt from VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293B du CGI). Printwonders.shop reserves the right to modify product prices and descriptions at any time.

3. Order

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

• Selection of products
• Validation of the cart
• Providing delivery information
• Secure payment

The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which constitutes acceptance of the sales contract between the parties.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means indicated on the site. Printwonders.shop uses security protocols to guarantee the protection of banking information.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the type of product. Printwonders.shop cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to events beyond its control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the items to return non-customized products. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customized items cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect.

7. Warranty and Conformity

Printwonders.shop guarantees that the products conform to their description on the site. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer is invited to contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to find a solution.

8. Liability

Printwonders.shop cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of the products. In the event of a dispute, printwonders.shop's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site, including text, images, and designs, are the exclusive property of printwonders.shop and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution before initiating proceedings before the competent courts.
