Return Policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service by email to inform us of your wish to return an item
2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
3. Enclose a copy of your invoice
4. Ship the package to the address that will be provided to you

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for packages lost during return transport.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
