My part is completely broken into several pieces, is that still possible?
Yes, in most cases. If the pieces allow us to reconstruct the complete shape, we can model the part. The more pieces you have, the better for reproduction accuracy.
How much does reproducing a part cost?
The price depends on the part's complexity and the modeling time required. Expect an average of €30 to €150 for a simple to medium part. The quote is always free and detailed.
Will the reproduced part be as sturdy as the original?
We choose the material best suited to how your part is used. In some cases, the printed part can even be sturdier thanks to a better material choice or a reinforced design.
Can you improve the design of my part?
Absolutely! If your part always breaks in the same spot, we can reinforce that area during modeling to improve its durability.
How long does it take to receive my new part?
Expect about 1 to 2 weeks after we receive your part: modeling (2-5 days), printing (1-3 days), quality check and shipping. Exact lead times are stated in the quote.
What do you do with my original part?
We return it to you along with the new part, unless you ask us to recycle it. That way you can compare the two or keep the original as a reference.
Can I order several copies?
Yes! Once the 3D model is created, we can print as many copies as you want. The unit price goes down with quantity.
